Seminars
Free community talks on Florida wills, trusts, deeds, and probate — in plain language, with no pressure to decide anything.
What These Evenings Are
Donald Morrell speaks to community groups around Lake County and The Villages about how Florida wills, trusts, deeds, and probate actually work. The talks are complimentary, run about an hour, and are built around plain explanation rather than a sales pitch.
You are welcome to stay afterward if you would like to talk further, and you do not have to make any decisions the night you attend.
What Gets Covered
Topics vary by evening. Across the series they include:
- Wills, trusts, and deeds — what each one actually does, and how they work together
- Florida probate — what a family goes through, how long it takes, and what avoids it
- Medicaid and long-term care planning — the five-year lookback and what can still be done
- Planning for veterans and their families
